the match 5-7, 6-3, 6-4, 6-7, 13-11 this was a match that will go down in Wimbledon
history as one of the greats but the winner only got a place in the last b32.
German unseeded D Brown beat Spaniard Rafael Nadal to secure
a spot in the last 32 there does seem to be the type of form for Nadal as he is
not doing well in this competition Brown won 7-5, 3-6, 6-4, 6-4
FRIDAY
Serb Novak Djokovic secured a spot in the last 16 with A 6-3,
6-3, 6-3 wins over Aussie Bernard Tomic he is showing here that he has the form
to win this tournament
Richard Gasquet (France) cruised to a 3 set win over higher
seeded opposition in Grigor Dimitrov(Bulgaria)he won 6-3, 6-4, 6-4
South African Kevin Anderson cruised to a 6-4, 7-6, 6-3 wins
over L Mayer from Argentina

American Madison Keys found it tricky against unseeded E Kulichkova
from Russia she won 6-4, 7-6
German Angelique Kerber improved as the match went on against
Russian A Pavlyuchenkova winning the
first set 7-5 and the second 6-2 showing she will definitely be one to watch out for
FRIDAY
Heather Watson put on a hero’s performance last night as she
lost very disappointingly to no 1 seed Serena Williams after losing the first
6-2 Watson came back fighting in the second winning 6-4 but could not play in
the same way in the third as she lost 7-5
Venus Williams defeated A Krunic of Serbia to set up a match
with Serena she won 6-3, 6-2
Slone Sevens a young player from the US lost to L Safarova from Czech |Republic 6-3, 3-6, 1-6
she might be one to watch out for in the future
Victoria Azarenka from Bulgaria beat K Mladenovic from France 6-4, 6-4
Sam Stosur from Australia beat unseeded C Vandeweghe from
the US she won 6-2, 6-0
