Bouchard from Canada beat Peng from China 7-6, 6-2 and she is one of the players I want to do really well and I would love to see her win the whole competition

Pavlyuchenkova won this all Russian tie against Vikhlyantseva 6-2, 6-2

Carla Suareaz Navaro from Spain beat Romanian Christea 7-6, 6-3

Sevastova from Austria beat Kucova from Croatia 6-3, 6-4
